CANVAZ Palette Cherngtalay is a new Sansiri condominium in Phuket's Cherngtalay–Bang Tao area, separate from the completed CANVAS Cherngtalay development. According to the developer, the approximately 8,000 m² site will comprise 248 residences in two seven-storey buildings. Parking is planned for about 50% of the units. The concept centres on resort-style well-being and a calm natural setting.

Sansiri lists Porto de Phuket at 0.4 km, Villa Market Laguna at 0.7 km, Boat Avenue Park at 1.3 km, Bang Tao Beach at 2.7 km and Phuket International Airport at 15.8 km. These are the developer's map distances, not walking times.

Planned facilities include two pools with hydrotherapy and onsen, a gym, co-working and meeting spaces, a reception lobby, landscaped gardens and Sansiri Pet Yard. Official layouts include one- and two-bedroom homes, selected pool- or garden-access homes and duplexes. Examples shown on Sansiri's plans are type 1A at 42.50–43.50 m², type 2A at 61.50–62.25 m² and 2B duplex at 84.75–85.50 m². These are layout examples, not a statement of live inventory.
