What data we collect

• Account data: display name, phone number/WhatsApp number, password hash, preferred language and account status.
• Listing data: property details, price, address, map location, photos, contact phone, WhatsApp or Telegram username, moderation status and publication dates.
• Messages: message text, sender/recipient, related listing, timestamps, read status and notification status.
• Verification and security data: OTP/WhatsApp verification events, reset-password events, IP address, user agent, failed attempts, anti-spam logs and moderation decisions.
• Technical data: cookies, session identifiers, pages viewed, browser/device data, approximate location from IP and analytics events.

Why we use data

We process data to provide the website, create and manage accounts, publish and moderate listings, enable communication between users, send service notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, measure site performance, answer requests and comply with legal obligations.

Public listing information

When you publish or claim a listing, the property information, photos and contact details that you provide for the listing may be shown publicly on the website and may be shared through PHUKET.PRO channels such as Telegram or other notification channels. Private messages are not public, but may be reviewed where necessary for security, moderation, abuse prevention or legal compliance.

Service providers and transfers

We may share data with hosting and infrastructure providers, database and backup providers, WhatsApp/SendWAPI or similar OTP and notification providers, Telegram, e-mail providers, map providers, analytics services such as Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica, and professional advisers where necessary. These providers may process data in Thailand, Hong Kong, the European Economic Area or other countries. We use such transfers only where needed for the service, security, support, analytics or legal purposes.

Security

No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should keep your password and OTP codes confidential.

Children

The service is intended for adults. If we learn that a child has provided personal data without appropriate permission, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
