Phenomenon Residence is a new large-scale residential and hotel complex by Phuket9 in the Kata area, about a 3–5 minute walk from the beach. The project was created in collaboration with the Dutch architecture studio Common Practice and urbanist Ilya Varlamov, so its design concept stands out clearly from typical Phuket developments. Rooftop pools with panoramic views are planned for each building, while the wider infrastructure includes service spaces for the convenience of residents and guests. Layouts include studios and 1- and 2-bedroom units, and all apartments will be sold turnkey with furniture, appliances, tableware, décor, and accessories. This makes Phenomenon Residence a compelling option for buyers looking for a modern seaside residence in one of Phuket’s most in-demand areas, with a strong resort location and clear investment appeal.
