THE BASE Midtown Phuket is a new Sansiri condominium in the Samkong area of Ratsada, Mueang Phuket. The urban location puts shopping, international education and healthcare within reach, with road connections to Phuket's beaches. This is a separate development from THE BASE Downtown, Uptown and Central.

Architecture and site
The design combines references to Phuket Old Town with contemporary shared spaces, arched details, natural textures and colourful accents. The approximately 4-rai (6,400 m²) site is planned for 394 homes. The official brochure specifies two eight-storey residential buildings, three two-storey residential buildings and a separate two-storey clubhouse. A landscaped Sim Jae courtyard links gardens and pool areas. The brochure gives a parking ratio of approximately 45%; this is not a promise of a dedicated space for every unit.

Homes and layouts
The development offers one-bedroom, one-bathroom and two-bedroom, two-bathroom designs. All 31 published Sansiri variants are included in the dedicated layout section, including mirrored and Pet, Garden and Pool variants. Type 1A is 27.00 m²; 1Am is 26.75 m²; the 1B family spans 29.25–30.00 m²; 1C spans 34.00–34.50 m²; 1D is 36.50 m²; 1E is 48.50 m²; the 2A family spans 57.50–58.50 m² on individual drawings. Exact area depends on the layout and unit. Displayed plans do not represent live sales inventory.

Planned facilities
An infinity-style swimming pool and children's pool, tropical gardens, reception lobby, lounge and co-working space, multipurpose room, equipped fitness centre, sauna, laundry and drying room. The brochure also lists Sansiri Backyard, EV charging, Wi-Fi in shared areas, 24-hour guards, CCTV and LIV-24 security monitoring. Sansiri Pet Yard is an enclosed pet garden with double gates, a running track and an activity zone. Pet rules and eligibility of the selected unit must be confirmed before purchase.

The developer's map lists Lotus's Phuket at 1 km, Bangkok Hospital Phuket at 1.3 km, QSI International School at 2.1 km, Central Phuket at 3 km, Big C at 3.4 km, IKEA at 3.5 km, Phuket Rajabhat University at 3.6 km, Index Living Mall at 3.8 km, Kajonkiet International School at 4 km, Old Town at 5 km, Patong Beach at 10 km and Phuket Airport at approximately 30 km. Schedule and documentation
The official brochure schedules construction to start in January 2027, with expected completion in July 2028. At brochure publication, EIA and construction-permit approvals were in progress. The project owner is SIRINPAK 11 Co., Ltd., under the Sansiri brand. Reconfirm milestones and approval status before entering a contract.
