The Nice Condotel is a low-rise condominium in Choeng Thale, Phuket, close to Bang Tao and the Laguna Phuket area. Completed in 2014, the project consists of one 6-storey building and offers basic facilities such as a swimming pool, 24-hour security, and CCTV.
