History and Reputation
Trichada was founded by the creator and leading shareholder of the renowned Sai Taan project. Sai Taan includes 75 villas in Phuket and is known for its high construction quality and reliable relationships with clients. Due to its reputation, Sai Taan remains a benchmark of quality for other developers to this day.

Establishment of Trichada
Building on the experience and success of the Sai Taan project, the Trichada project was launched in 2014. The same team of builders who worked on Sai Taan was involved in its implementation, which contributed to the high quality and reliability of the new projects. By December 2023, Trichada has completed and handed over three complexes consisting of 75 villas to their owners, and has fully sold out the fourth and fifth phases, which include 57 villas. The completion of construction for these phases is scheduled for May 2024.
