2. Listing Page

A listing page shows photos, price, location, address, features, description, map and similar options. Rental prices are shown per month.

Favorite and share buttons are placed at the top of the listing. Sharing works for messengers and social networks.

If you own the listing, management tools are shown. If it is another user’s listing, logged-in users can send a private message to the author.

  • Similar options are selected by close price and location.
  • Only available verified contact channels are displayed.
  • Inactive listings are not promoted in public results.

3. Adding a Private Listing

You can add a listing from the Add Listing button or from your account. Both sale and rental listings are supported.

Required fields include deal type, property type, price, district, title, description, photos, map point or address, and a verified contact.

For logged-in users, verified contacts are filled automatically. Guest users create an account and verify a contact before sending the listing to moderation.

  • You can upload multiple photos, choose the main photo and reorder images.
  • Some fields can be filled from the developer catalog and floor plans.
  • After editing a rejected listing, it goes back to moderation.

4. Moderation, Translations and Lifetime

New listings first receive the Pending moderation status and are hidden from public visitors. The author can still see them in the account.

Moderation checks text, photos, spam, forbidden information and data quality. Approved listings become public.

Title and description are translated into all website languages so visitors see the listing in their selected language.

  • Standard listing lifetime is 15 days.
  • Premium listings receive higher priority and can be renewed automatically.
  • When a listing is close to expiry, the owner receives a renewal notice.

5. Account

In your account you can edit your name, default language, password, verified e-mail, WhatsApp phone and Telegram.

If your phone or Telegram is verified, the website can attach previously imported unclaimed listings with the same contact to your account.

My Listings shows active, archived and pending listings with edit, archive and renewal actions.

  • Profile language is used for the interface and service notifications.
  • A verified contact cannot be silently replaced without another verification.
  • Premium account status makes all account listings priority listings.

6. Messages and Support

Logged-in users can message the owner of a private listing. Each dialog is tied to a specific listing.

Unread messages are highlighted and a visible notification is shown in the interface.

There is also a support button in messages. It opens a dialog with PHUKET.PRO support.

  • Message sending is rate-limited to reduce spam.
  • System messages are grouped into a separate system dialog.
  • E-mail and Telegram notices use the user profile language when available.

7. Favorites and Shared Lists

Developer properties and private listings can be saved to favorites. The star icon changes immediately after saving.

Favorites are available in your account. Archived listings remain visible with a status but are not opened as active pages.

A favorites list can be shared by link and includes both developer properties and private listings.

  • Favorites are useful for preparing a shortlist before viewings.
  • A shared favorites link does not expose private account data.

8. Extra Tools

The website includes a Phuket map, feedback form, rental agreement generator and information pages.

The feedback form sends a message to the PHUKET.PRO team and uses captcha protection.

The rental agreement generator helps prepare a draft agreement for renting property in Thailand.

  • Main tool links are available in the footer.
  • Important legal documents should be reviewed by a professional.

9. Safety and Rules

PHUKET.PRO uses contact verification, moderation, anti-spam limits and admin blocks to protect users.

Spam, fraudulent listings, unauthorized contacts, malicious links, illegal content and misleading data are not allowed.

If a listing looks suspicious, do not send money in advance and ask for documents, agreement terms and proof of authority.

  • Admins may delete listings and block contacts, IP addresses or accounts.
  • Use verified channels and keep your message history.
  • For urgent issues, use the feedback form or support messages.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add a listing?
Open the Add Listing page, fill in required fields, upload photos, verify your contact and submit the listing for moderation.
Can I add a listing without registration?
Yes. At the end of the form you will create an account and verify a WhatsApp contact before moderation.
Why is my listing not public immediately?
New listings go through moderation first. Until approved, the listing is visible to the author in the account only.
How can I edit a listing?
Open My Listings in your account and choose Edit. Important changes may send the listing back to moderation.
How long does a listing stay active?
A standard listing is active for 15 days. The owner can renew it. Premium listings are renewed automatically.
How do favorites work?
Click the star on a property card or listing page. Saved properties appear in Favorites and can be shared as a list.
Can I message a listing owner?
Yes, logged-in users can message the owner from a private listing page.
Why should I verify phone or Telegram?
Verification helps prevent fake contacts, spam and fraudulent listings, and can attach imported listings to your account.
Why does the price change when I switch currency?
The base price is stored in Thai baht and converted using the current website exchange rate.
What if a listing has no exact coordinates?
The website can show an approximate area by district. Ask the author for exact details before a viewing.
How do I contact support?
Use the feedback form or the support button inside messages.
What should I do with a suspicious listing?
Do not pay in advance, check documents and contact PHUKET.PRO support.
