About the residential complex

Tri Vananda is a unique project in Phuket, representing a wellness community for multiple generations, located in the Pru Jampa area in the northern part of the island. The name Tri Vananda translates from Sanskrit as Forest of Eternal Happiness, reflecting the project's concept: creating a place where people can live in harmony with nature, take care of their health, and enjoy a sustainable lifestyle. The project occupies an area of 600 rai (approximately 237 acres or 96 hectares), but only 15% of the area is developed to preserve the natural environment with forests, lakes, and green spaces.

Key features of Tri Vananda:

Villas and accommodation:
Tri Vananda offers 77 private villas with pools, ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, with sizes from 120 to 763 sq. m. The villas are designed with biophilic design principles in mind, to fully integrate them into the natural environment. They operate on solar energy, feature large windows for natural light and ventilation, as well as sleep quality improvement systems: circadian lighting, sound insulation, Wi-Fi blocking, and air quality control. The villa designs are created by renowned Thai architectural firms such as Habita Architects and the Arsom Silp Institute of the Arts, while the interiors are designed by P49 Deesign and AvroKO. Natural materials such as wood and stone are used in the decor, and the color palette is inspired by the natural hues of sand and earth.

Infrastructure and amenities:
Wellness center: Tri Vananda is positioned as the gold standard for wellness in Asia. It features the Clinique La Prairie clinic, offering integrative and functional medicine programs, as well as cognitive health and mindfulness.
Jampa restaurant: The first zero-waste restaurant in Phuket with a plant-based menu, recognized with a Michelin green star. The ingredients are sourced from the on-site organic farm PRU Jampa.
Natural areas: The property includes the Wetland Nature Reserve with lakes for kayaking, water sports, as well as cycling and walking trails for bird watching.
Community for all ages: There is a Tweenie Club for children (ages 8-14) with educational programs on healthy living, and for adults, a fitness center with a 50-meter pool, sauna, Biocircuit technology studio from Technogym, and a spa with thermal zones.

Location:
Tri Vananda is a 15-minute drive from Phuket International Airport and near Layan Beach, which is part of the popular Bangtao area. Nearby are the Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket shopping centers, UWC international school, Bangkok Hospital, and a national park. The location combines seclusion and accessibility: you can enjoy nature while being quickly connected to the vibrant areas of Phuket.

Sustainability:
The project aims for zero emissions and LEED certification. There is a permaculture farm on-site that supplies organic produce for the restaurants and residents, and it is also used for composting waste. The Wetland Nature Reserve not only serves as a recreational area but also provides natural water filtration and storage for Tri Vananda and neighboring communities.

MONTARA Hospitality Group All projects of the developer

Montara Hospitality Group (MHG) is a Bangkok-based company founded in 2000 by the Pattamasaevi family under the leadership of Narong Pattamasaevi. MHG specializes in luxury resorts, boutique hotels, and wellness communities in Thailand, focusing on the blend of Thai cultural traditions with innovations in hospitality, sustainability, and support for local communities.

Key projects:

Trisara Phuket:
The flagship resort of MHG, opened in 2001 on the northwest coast of Phuket. It is a luxury beach resort with pool villas, known for its seclusion and natural beauty — tropical forests and views of the Andaman Sea. It features PRU restaurant, the only one in Phuket with a Michelin star (since 2019) and a green Michelin star for sustainability. The restaurant sources ingredients from the organic Pru Jampa farm.

Tri Vananda:
A wellness community in Phuket, with full opening planned for the 4th quarter of 2025. It occupies 230 acres (96 hectares), of which only 15% is developed to preserve the natural landscape. It includes 77 villas (from 1 to 4 bedrooms, 120–763 sq.m, prices range from 16.5 to 108 million baht), Clinique La Prairie wellness center, Jampa restaurant (green Michelin star), and Pru Jampa farm. The project focuses on sustainability, integrative medicine, and zero emissions.

Praya Palazzo:
A boutique hotel on the banks of the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, acquired in 2017. Located in a historic mansion, it offers a cultural experience.

Prince Theatre Heritage Stay:
An innovative hotel in Bangkok, created on the site of a 100-year-old cinema in the Bangkok area, with an emphasis on community-based tourism.

Culinary Direction:
MHG places great importance on sustainable gastronomy. PRU and Jampa restaurants are recognized by Michelin: PRU has held a red star for 6 years, while Jampa has a green star for its zero waste concept and the use of ingredients from Pru Jampa farm (16,000 sq.m). The company's philosophy is Dine Good Do Good, emphasizing local and organic ingredients.

Sustainability and Social Responsibility:
MHG actively implements eco-friendly solutions: renewable energy sources are used at Tri Vananda, and wetlands serve for water filtration and storage. Through the Niyom Pattamasaevi Foundation, the company supports education by providing scholarships and managing a library and art center in Northern Thailand.
